This Privacy Policy explains how the Pushflow Android application ("Pushflow", "the app", "we", "us") handles information. Pushflow is published by Bashdoor Technologies LLC. If you have any questions, contact us at bashdoor.tech@gmail.com.
Pushflow is a tool that you install on your own device and configure to send your notifications to your own server. Because you choose both the source apps and the destination server, you remain the controller of your data.
Pushflow reads the notifications posted by the apps you explicitly select (for example, a banking or wallet app) and forwards their content, as JSON over HTTPS, to a REST endpoint that you configure. This lets your own systems react to events such as incoming payments in real time.
Forwarding happens entirely between your device and your server. Pushflow authenticates each request with a bearer token that you paste from your own panel.
When a notification is posted by an app you have selected, Pushflow reads and forwards the following fields:
Pushflow does not read notifications from apps you have not selected, and does not access your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or call and message logs.
The information above is used for a single purpose: to deliver it to the server endpoint you configure in the app. It travels directly from your device to that endpoint.
We do not operate any server that receives this data. The developer of Pushflow does not collect, store, view, or have access to your notification content. What happens to the data after it reaches your endpoint is governed by your own systems and your own privacy practices.
To function, Pushflow requires the Android "Notification access" permission (a NotificationListenerService). This is the core capability of the app and the only way it can read the notifications you want to forward. You grant this permission manually in your phone's settings, and you can revoke it at any time from the same screen. When forwarding is active, Pushflow shows a persistent status notification so it is always clear that the app is running.
To work reliably, Pushflow keeps a limited amount of data locally on your device only:
This data never leaves your device except as the delivery to your configured endpoint described above. You can clear the local history at any time from within the app, and all local data is removed when you uninstall Pushflow.
Pushflow does not share your data with any third party. It contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics or tracking libraries. The only network destination is the server endpoint you configure. You are responsible for the security and privacy of that endpoint.
Data is sent to your endpoint over the network you configure; we strongly recommend using an HTTPS URL so the content is encrypted in transit, and protecting your endpoint with the bearer token. Your configuration and local history are held in the app's private storage on your device. No security measure is perfect, but Pushflow is designed so that your data is never exposed to us or to any intermediary.
Because we do not receive your notification data, we do not retain it. On your device, the local history keeps a limited number of recent entries and older ones are removed automatically; you can also clear it manually or by uninstalling the app.
Pushflow is a utility intended for developers and businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the app listing.
